Samsung 4-Door LCD Refrigerator with Apps and $100 Best Buy Giveaway

We live in a wild world, you know. Technology in all it's different forms has plowed its way into our lives reshaping the way the whole world operates. A short 55 years ago, my mother was a small girl and can remember her parents buying their very first television set.

What a wonderment! It must have been very exciting. New technology at it's finest.

Now years later, most of us carry a phone around 24/7 that will make calls, text, log on to the Internet, hold games, tv shows, movies, pictures and all kinds of apps.

What an amazement! It is very exciting. New technology at it's finest!

Life is fast paced in this new high tech world! Being efficient with the wonderful technology available is certainly key. I am often saying to MyHandsomeHusband....just imagine what life will be like 10 years from now. At the rate technology is changing and advancing who knows what kind of things will be available to us.

Things like the new Samsung 4-door LCD Refrigerator with Apps. Visit the Official site
Yes, you read it correctly. A refrigerator that has Internet capability.

What an amazement! It is very exciting. New technology at it's finest!

This cutting edge refrigerator has a lot of great features. For example, with the new refrigerator, owners are able to view recipes, read the tweets of those they follow, review the family Google calendar, listen to music while cooking or cleaning, check out the weather report and leave notes for their family members with the post-it functionality. Efficiency at it's best.

Amazing!!!! Exciting!!!! Technology is out doing itself.

What do you suppose could be next? How about a washer and dryer that folds clothes neatly and then puts them away in the correct drawer. Imagine all of the time that would save!

Love it!

  2. My dream appliance is a dishwasher that will take the dishes from my sink and put them inside itself! My husband seems to forget how to do that step.

    That's a pretty cool refrigerator!

  3. I want an appliance that can do all of the dishes for me after I finish cooking. Is that too much to ask? Maybe. But, I don't think it's too much to ask that I win this gift card. Pick me, please!

  6. My dream appliance would be a washer that would pre sort, pre treat and wash my clothes then dry them!

  7. Does this fridge tell you what's in it and then give suggestions for recipes, meals and menus that use those ingredients? Because if it does, that would be my dream appliance! I hate trying to figure out what to make each day with what I have on hand.

  8. oh boy dream appliance... well instead of a dishwasher being it's own appliance, how about each cabinet is a dishwasher... just take out the plate eat off it and put it back, next time you need one they are all clean again... no loading and unloading the dishwasher lol. not that i mind loading it, it just means i dont have to wash it in the sink... but i can't stand unloading it. especially because my 21 month old runs for the open dishwasher door and unloads whatever she can find onto the floor when ever im at it. so i either have to unload while shes sleeping, or take a few things out super fast and shut it before she gets to. oh the troubles of a house wife lol

  15. My dream appliance would be a dishwasher that puts the dishes away! I hate doing that!!!

    ReplyDelete
  16. How about a self cleaning wood floor. Maybe a robotic mop-like device?

    ReplyDelete
  17. A stove that will prepare, cook and serve my healthy(and amazing tasting) food.

    ReplyDelete
  18. I want an appliance that does all of the above but also knows where those missing socks end up and matches them in the process:)

    ReplyDelete
  19. I would love an appliance that would load the dishes from the sink to the dishwasher. After making dinner I'm tired and don't want to load the dishwasher too so that would be awesome!

  20. A dream dream appliance for me would be a laundry basket that sorts all of my clothes, once that part is done I can do the rest but just sorting it really is hard for me to think about doing.
A couple dream appliances for me right now would be a flat-top stove so when I spill it doesn't make as big of a mess but the biggest reality dream would be a fridge that I don't have to kick every time I close it just to make sure it is closed.

    ReplyDelete
  21. I would love an dryer that would not only dry the clothes, but would also fold them and put them away. That would be a true dream.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I like all the ideas so far too. Top of my list would be the washer that also dried the clothes and then hangs or folds as needed.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I would love an appliance that would cook and serve me dinner with a glass of wine.. Oh it also must clean the kitchen and give me a foot massage!! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  24. Wow - all the drawers and all the space! My computer minded husband would never leave the kitchen. The kids would think we were right up there with "The Jetsons" of cartoon outer space fame.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I would have an appliance that would know what is in my house at all times and come up with a dinner that would use my left overs, soon to be bad produce and make an amazing meal out of all of it so I STOP wasting food! This DREAM appliance would also remind me WHEN TO START making this amazing meal so that it is promplty done at 6:30 when my hubby comes home and the kids are ready to eat. Let's home this dream CAN come true!

    ReplyDelete
  26. My dream appliance would be an oven that would cook your food super fast and not only that in the summertime it would cool your house instead of heat it up when you use it. beckilwells@gmail.com

    ReplyDelete
  27. I would love a robot that would follow my kids around and pick up their toys, shoes, clothes, etc....That would free me up to get so much more done! ;) cdhamilton at hotmail dot com

    ReplyDelete
  28. I would like all of the above, but realistically have always wanted a double oven. Love those!!!

    ReplyDelete
  29. How about an oven/stove that makes food for you. You toss in the ingredients and push a few buttons and and hour later you have your food! Sort of like a bread maker. No more cooking unless I wanted to and no more eating out because I was too tired! That would be the best!!!!
    jamie_hodgkin@yahoo.com

    ReplyDelete
  30. If I could have some kind of machine to follow my kids around cleaning up their trail of destruction (or maybe give them a little shock or something to remind them to do it themselves, even better!) that would be fabulous!
    sweetkristiehill@gmail.com

    ReplyDelete
  31. No brilliant ideas. I'd just like a good old fashioned Bosch Mixer since my kitchen aid is too small to make 4 loaves of bread at a time.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I would love double ovens.

    Andrea D.
    short74717@msn.com

    ReplyDelete
  33. A kitchen appliance that I can scan the cupboards and fridge with, will take in all the food items and tell me a different healthy meal I could make every day so my food (especially produce)doesn't go bad. That would be my dream appliance.
    kebailey5@gmail.com

    ReplyDelete
  34. I need a tub scrubber! I imagine it to be like one of those robo-vacuums, you just stick it in, turn it on and it does all the work. It needs to keep my tub sparkling clean, especially after my four dirty boys get through with their baths and showers.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I agree with many of the comments, this now is OFFICIALLY my dream appliance... oh and a new kitchen would be nice too :)

    ReplyDelete
  36. I just need something to clean my floors for me!

    ReplyDelete
  37. I would LOVE a central 'brain' like device that is connected to all the major appliances in my kitchen. So it can 'tell' my dishwasher when it's full so that it starts running, monitors my stove top temp to prevent items from burning and keeps a running tally of what i have in the fridge, what needs to be replaced etc and can also suggest meal ideas from what i have in stock!!! Now THAT would be my ultimate dream appliance!

    ReplyDelete
  38. My dream appliance is one of those ovens with two separate ovens, the smaller "warming" one and a big, regular one. It would allow us to cook at two different temps for big holiday meals. Thanks for the giveaway!

    ReplyDelete
  39. My dream appliance would be a dishwasher that loaded and unloaded itself. Knowing that will probably NEVER happen, my next best choice would be a dishwasher that automatically tells you if the loaded dishes are clean or dirty. I can't tell you how manytimes I've stood scratching my head trying to determine if the dishes are clean or dirty (just to clairify we rinse all of our dishes VERY well that's why sometimes I cant tell...it's not that the clean ones come out dirty...EEWWW!!)

    ReplyDelete
  40. I have got to get one, only problem is there's nothing wrong with my current refrigerator? Hmmm gotta fix that.

    ReplyDelete
  41. I think my dream appliance would be a ref/stove combo....The food is stored then assembled into healthy meals and cooked just in time for dinner...of course the additional app for this appliance would be a dishwasher that cleans all dirty items and replaces them in the cabinets. Oh that would be heavenly!

    ReplyDelete
  42. I've seen the three door fridges and want one, but I hadn't seen these 4 door ones...what's behind door number 4???? I'll have to go check it out. I like that I can listen to music via the fridge and post it notes...some very clever people out there. I would need one with a voice activated phone to call for take out, tell me how much milk is left w/o opening the door and what is on the calander for the day.

    ReplyDelete
  43. A large enough refridge to hold all the condiments that 5 different people like and still have room for the every day stuff too. One that has large enough vegetable and fruit bins to hold a weeks worth of food and still fit a normal size kitchen.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Holy Cow! That fridge sounds like a dream come true. Right now my dream appliance is a dishwasher that works, and is quiet. I guess I don't have much of an imagination.

    ReplyDelete
  45. I would love a blender or mixer or grater, anything that would clean itself. Wouldn't that be the best?

    abbottfamily@yahoo.com

    ReplyDelete
  46. I would have to go with an oven that has an automatic sensor that can tell when things are cooked to perfection (kind of like the "Popcorn" feature on the newer microwaves). That way I wouldn't burn or undercook any meals! What joy should fill my heart! :) Please don't tell me they already have this feature..... I don't want to look like a nerd! ;)

    ReplyDelete
  47. Oh, I would love to have an appliance that would constantly mop up the sticky messes that my children are always making. I know I could do it, but I would spend most of my waking moments on my hands and knees. And, I need something else that will follow my toddler around and pick up her messes...that would make life much easier!

  49. My dream would be a washer/dryer set where the two took the same amount of time to do their jobs!

    ReplyDelete
  50. My dream appliance is to have a oven. That cooked and prepared delicious healthy meals for us everyday.

    ReplyDelete
  51. My dream appliance would cut up my fruits and veggies for me and make delicious salads.

    ReplyDelete
  52. My dream appliance? My gosh, this fridge IS THE ONE!!!! Can you imagine what someone who's been gone for 10 or even 5 years would think if they came back from heaven and saw this refrigerator??? A-mazing!!!

    ReplyDelete
  53. I want one of those smart houses from that silly Disney movie. The computer does everything. Only I'd prefer the computer that runs the house to not go insane and lock us all in. Or an appliance that boils and removes the shells of my eggs when I make deviled eggs. Those two steps are my least favorite. If the appliance did those two things I'd make deviled eggs a lot more. Than my husband would be so happy he'd build me a smart house. Woo!

    ReplyDelete
  54. I want an appliance, like on The Jetsons, that I can step into and push a button and it will get me completely ready for the day. Showered, hair done, dressed. Bam. This refrigerator would be nice too! ;)

    ReplyDelete
  55. My dream appliance is a dishwasher that NEVER leaves ANY food on dishes. AND it has to be completely silent. Ahhh - hope it happens someday!

  60. This is sort of a spin off the fridge. I want an appliance That can keep track of what I have in the pantry. So all I have to do is write the recipes I want and it makes my grocery list for me. That way I don't have to sort through the pantry to make the list. What's funny is without fail I always miss something that I thought I had. Here's to hoping I win that gift card ;)

    ReplyDelete
  61. Sooo....I like most of the Dream Appliances everyone has thought of- but I think I like Tiffany's the best! I am always forgetting something at the store OR I buy more of stuff I already have. Having an appliance that knows what I've got in my pantry, fridge and food storage would be the ultimate dream! (Didn't mean to steal Tiffany's idea- her's is just perfect for me too!)

    ReplyDelete
  62. I would love a vacuum that knows when the carpet is dirty, cleans up spots, and mops the hardwood floors, keeping the dust bin and filters clean while it's at it. I don't like cleaning the floors, but with 4 kids, they're always dirty!

    ReplyDelete
  63. Omgosh I need a refrigerator so bad. We presently have the tiniest one for our family. We could put this to good use.....ciao4now64@yahoo.com

  64. Can't think of a dream appliance - - I just want a good ol' fashioned nap! The refrigerator looks pretty NASA though!

    trpusey@hotmail.com

    ReplyDelete
  65. I want a washing machine! Does that count? I tripped and fell today while trying to carry in clothes from the laundromat, and torn my pants and bloodied my knee in the process. It sure would make life easier! If not a washer, then I'd love a gas stove so I could roast peppers on it. Yum!

    ReplyDelete
  66. I saw an oven once that would keep your food cold until it was time to heat up. So you could throw in a dish before work, it would work like your fridge, then turn on when you programmed it to start cooking. Thought that was a pretty cool idea! kariannst@charter.net

    ReplyDelete
  67. My dream appliance would definately be a washer and dryer that I didn't have to switch around...I am not into slave labor but OMG I have definately taught my children to change around the laundry because I feel this is the most annoying task ever! Good thing a girl can dream:)

    ShaRee--shareeisme@yahoo.com

  68. Dream appliance - maybe floors that clean themselves (oh, how I hate mopping)- or a dishwasher that puts away the clean dishes when it's done (also hate putting away clean dishes) - or, heck, a refrigerator that can tell me what I have in my fridge, how old it is, and what the time recommendation for keeping leftovers is. Fabulous! :)

    ReplyDelete
  69. Hmm...I think I could be happy with that fridge! But I would like that dryer that folds and puts your clothes away..but I'd like an added feature that does all the pressing too! Ahhh..wouldn't that be nice?

    ReplyDelete
  70. I would love to have a stove that can be program to start dinner,(full course meal)from start to finish, and heated at warm until time to eat.

  71. I'd love a dishwasher that you don't have to bend over to fill! Like the Italian drying racks...they are built into your upper cabinets over the sink so when you hand-wash your dishes you just place them in the dish rainer above the sink and shut the doors and they drip dry and there are never any SPOTS ;) If they can put a microwave over the stove...why not a dishwasher over the sink?

  126. This refrigerator is quite a dream all on it's own! But, my dream appliance would be a cooking range that has a special burner that stirs things. I think there used to be something like that years ago, but the concept didn't work very well. With all the new technology, I'm sure it could be perfected now! I dislike standing at the range "stirring" something for a recipe.

Ours is only a year old but emitting this terrible smell that we cannot get rid of no matter what we try and its ruining all our food.... this was especially hard a couple months ago when I had morning sickness, now its more annoying than anything.

I'd love an automatic pantry...you select a recipe and it measures out and dispenses the exact amounts of flour, sugar, baking powder, spices, etc that you'd need in neat little cups or all into a big bowl. 175. A few years ago, I started dreaming about a self-cleaning kitchen. Much like a dishwasher, the kitchen entrances, windows, and cabinet doors would be closed and sealed off during the cleaning cycle. All surfaces from the ceiling to the floor would be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with high pressure steam. Dirty dishes could be placed in retractable wracks that are exposed during the clean cycle, but retract into cabinets when done. Strategically placed jets would whisk away food and compostable items to drain/disposal which is only opened during the cleaning process. These items would be deposited into your compost pile via hose. Steam vapor from the cleaning process, would be captured and cooled in a hose, which leads to a rain barrel or tank from which you can water your garden or lawn. The whole thing would be run on solar power, off course. It would be glorious!!!
    Thank you for this opportunity!

  178. My dream appliance is a self-organizing refrigerator that accepts return items through a trap door for energy efficiency and the frig knows where to put it and you request items by voice requests and the item comes out the same trap door. No more science experiments lurking in the back of the shelf since this frig knows when to reject out of date items and generates a printout for your shopping list on demand.

  181. Dream appliance would be a jack of all trades that ensures I always have the necessary items to make whatever recipe I'm feeling at the moment (no fresh basil? It's ok, it'll grow it for you in a jiffy...maybe while I am cutting the onions, oh heck, it's a dream appliance, it's growing and cutting at the same time) and will obviously cook my meals for me once my initial "Oh my goodness I am so exciting to be cooking again!!" wears off and "this recipe isn't turning out right and really I just want to eat" settles in. One less thing (once I start dreaming, I can't stop), when I need some inpiration/because I love cooking classes, it would instantly transport me to homes around the world of amazing chefs for cooking classes and meals.Authentic Churros, Thai, pho, burgers from the ROyale Eatery, sweet potato fries, and more whenever I want it. Hope you're writing this down Samsung...

  195. I want a LG washer and dryer, front loading, in red. I dream of the day that my whites will be white and I don't have to do my laundry at a laundry mat. Love apartment living! I also dream of a stainless steel dishwasher that doesn't leave soap scum all over the dishes. I am tired of having to rinse them after they are washed. My dreams aren't super crazy but they are practical and a dream to me. I just love things that work efficiently!

    ReplyDelete

  197. My dream appliance is a 6 burner stainless steel stove!
