$25 Target Card and Wanchai Ferry Giveaway!

Have you ever had a craving for Chinese food but didn´t feel like dealing with the hassle of going out? Next time, why not stay at home and satisfy your craving with Wanchai Ferry Orange Chicken? This Wanchai Ferry "Perfect Night In" prize pack that includes one VIP coupon valid for a free package of any of the Wanchai Ferry frozen entrees, in addition to a set of great Asian-inspired rice bowls, chopsticks, bamboo place mats, flavored fortune cookies, and a $25 Target gift card.
I received this fun package last week from Wanchai Ferry through My Blog Spark. I whipped up the Wanchai Ferry meal for my husband. It was very quick and easy to put together. We were also thrilled to get some more chop sticks and serving dishes!
You know I used my gift card to buy some fancy dancy gear for my kitchen. I bought some great stack-able wire racks (I have been using some I got at the dollar store!) and a bunt pan. I am ashamed to say, I have never owned one before. Yes. It's true. I'm excited to try out several great recipes.
MyBlogSpark would like to send one of these gifts packages to one of my readers. Hooray!

  1. I LOVE to shop at Target! I always find the cutest kitchen stuff there, and sometimes it's marked down pretty cheap! Love the end caps! Thankfully it's an hour away, or I'd probably be broke!

  8. I have enjoyed reading your blog. You bring the fun back into cooking for my little family of 5 girls. My favorite Asian dish has to be egg rolls with this absolutely delicious sweet and sour sauce from the lion house cook book. YUMMY!!

  9. I would have to say my favorite Asian dish is General Tso's chicken. It's a mix of broccoli (my fave veggie) and spicy chicken. It's just right.

I love to shop at Target because they have all the hottest fashions of shoes and clothes. Their home decor section is one of the only places I will buy anything for my house. It fits my style perfectly.

  12. I love Target! In fact, the other day a friend called me on my cell phone and when I told her I was at Target, she said, "You are always at Target!". I love Target because they have a great variety of toys, housewares, clothes for my kids, etc..and it is a step above Wal-Mart. I love to go there without my kids and just peruse the aisles.

  17. Favorite Asian Dish: Godzilla tempura roll with edemame beans and an avocado salad. If this sounds a lot like the menu at Miyo's that's 'cause it kinda is...

And if someone would just give me $1000 I could pretty much spend the next 24 hours of my life spending it all away at Target. Movies, books, decor, clothes, shoes, scarves, bags...Target is a definite guilty pleasure. :)

I'm a Google and Twitter follower.

  26. How interesting you should post this today. We just had lunch at a Chinese restaurant to celebrate that yesterday was the start of Chinese New Year - Gong Xi Fa Cai as they would say in Singapore. My favorite Asian food is pretty much only found in Singapore - a mix of different Asian cuisines - fried kway teo and baby kailan in oyster sauce.

And I also was at Target today checking out Valentine's clearance. I love the Target clearance and boys clothes.

  27. Well, this is kind of a hard question for me to answer as I LOVE Asian food, especially Korean cuisine. I really love anything with curry, and specific to Korean, I LOVE kimchi chigay (pickled cabbage soup). What a coincidence that we were in Target checking out some of the clearance items today, after we had gone to celebrate the Chinese New Year with my dad and some friends at a local Chinese food place.

  32. I love to shop at Target because (and I know this is probably lame) but the aisles are always clear. I despise shopping at you know where because there is always something blocking the aisles. Strange, I know. I am a follower and I also am a fan on facebook. Thanks for the chance. Have a great week.
